About Our Assessment Appeals Form
Effective Date Jan 1, 2026The Assessment Appeals Form allows students to challenge the outcome of a specific first aid assessment if they believe it does not accurately reflect their performance or competency. This ensures fairness, consistency, and compliance within our nationally accredited training framework.
Each appeal is reviewed by qualified assessors who were not involved in the original evaluation. The process follows strict RTO standards, guaranteeing an objective review and clear communication of results. All appeals are documented and resolved within the timeframes set by our assessment policy.
The full Assessment Appeals Form is available for download and includes guidance on how to prepare and submit an appeal, ensuring transparency and confidence in every stage of your training journey with Australia Wide First Aid.
