Simply submit your completed e-Learning by 11:59pm the day before your scheduled face-to-face training and assessment. This practical session is also streamlined, taking 2 to 5 hours, depending on which course you take.

The official recommendation for Provide First Aid and Child Care First Aid, is to renew your certification every 3 years. The validity period for the Provide CPR certificate is 12 months from date of issue.

The first part of your training is an online first aid course. This is e-Learning and it gives you the freedom to study at your convenience, going online as time permits.
Simply download your First Aid eBook. Read all the great information in it, or read only the sections relevant to the course you selected. Your Welcome email will have instructions for which pages are relevant to you course.
With your eBook alongside, you can refer to it freely while you complete the True or False and multiple-choice e-Learning quiz. Take as many attempts as you need to answer correctly.
Your e-Learning needs to be completed and submitted by 11:59pm AEST before the day of your face-to-face first aid class.
