A first aid course can be done in one day, provided you complete the required e-Learning prior to the day of your course.
The online first aid course module comprises e-Learning — reading material (First Aid eBook) plus a multiple-choice questionnaire you can do in your own time.
Just be sure to submit your completed e-Learning by 11:59pm the day before your scheduled face-to-face training and assessment. This practical session is also streamlined, taking 2 to 5 hours, depending on which course you take.

Our trainers are available for Group First Aid courses. The minimum age for first aid certification is 14 years.
What are the Requirements for First Aid Certification?
You need to be at least 14 years of age to receive a Statement of Attainment for Australia Wide First Aid courses.
Your Unique Student Identifier is essential to your qualification. Obtain your USI, for free, from the official government website.
CPR assessment will require you to kneel on the floor to perform 2 minutes of CPR on a manikin. Bring a towel or cushion for your knees to rest on, if you wish.

Online First Aid Course + Face-to-Face Training
Our online first aid course module is easily accessed and can be done at your convenience. Comprising questions with multiple-choice answers, you simply complete it and submit it by 11:59pm, the day before your practical session.
This face-to-face training and assessment is streamlined without compromising quality. At Bendigo, or likewise at any of our other training centres, the training is designed to help you get your certificate the same day.
You’re with a fully accredited training organisation (RTO no. 31961) here, so your first aid certificate will be recognised Australia-wide.
Our Bendigo First Aid training centre is opposite Queen Elizabeth Oval, on the left after turning into View Street at Alexandra Fountain.
Barclay On View is 1.5km from Bendigo Railway Station. From the station, follow Mitchell Street past the fountain, down the hill, to the venue opposite Queen Elizabeth Oval.
NOTE: Please arrive 15 minutes prior to course commencement. This allows everyone to be safely seated. Late arrivals cannot be guaranteed entry, as disruptions affect both the venue and all in attendance.
